Analyze IT Systems: Conduct detailed reviews and analysis of current IT systems operations to identify strengths weaknesses and areas for improvement. Determine User Needs: Collaborate with users to gather and understand requirements ensuring that solutions align with their business objectives. Recommend System Enhancements: Develop and present recommendations to improve system efficiency functionality and performance. Primary Point of Contact: Act as the liaison between end users and the engineering/development team facilitating clear communication and issue resolution. Issue Management: Identify document report and track system issues from discovery through resolution ensuring a streamlined process. Technical Requirement Development: Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirements and deliverables. Specialized Expertise: Apply advanced specialized skills to address complex challenges and enhance system operations effectively.Description
Must have specialized skill listed under specializations tab. Reviews analyzes and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies documents reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Level IV 10 Years Plus Applicable Specialized Skills
Responsibilities
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT systems analysis and operations.
- Proven expertise in identifying and solving system-related issues and implementing improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain detailed and accurate records of requirements, issues, and solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in relevant IT systems or analysis tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
