Business Analyst (P&C Insurance)

Description

10+ Years of experience as Business Analyst in P&C Insurance domain.
Provide support analyst to comprehend requirements and gaps in understanding
Work with Product Owners, Business Users and SME’s in resolving issues & problem areas
Work with Business representatives on Change Request analysis and requirement gathering
Transform requirements in user stories and work with the team in elicitation for shared understanding.
Create & refine User stories/Analysis tasks for the problem statements
Group the Analysis items into functional areas for holistic solutions
Manage the JIRA board & update cross reference epics
Review and track critical dependencies between various work streams
Maintain deep understanding of the scope of work and manage the project schedule; articulate how decisions may impact the schedule accordingly.
Work with DM for RCA tracking and approvals
Run daily meetings and schedule on-demand connects
Facilitate project management and analysis activities for monitoring & reporting purposes
Demonstrate strategic thinking through a proven ability to research business emerging issues
Drives continuous improvement plan, engagement governance & objectives
