Description
Liaison with key Business Stakeholders and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products. Executes, with advanced ability, assessing and documenting business risks, creating business cases, identifying impacted stakeholders, developing communication plans, creating As Is/To Be process flows, facilitating and documenting gap analysis, and facilitating JAR sessions. Responsible, with expert ability, of multiple business requirement elicitation methods, assessing business impacts, writing clear, concise, and accurate business requirements, planning/coordination/execution of User Acceptance Testing, production validation, training/SOP support, and project transition planning.
Responsibilities
- • Understand pre-defined scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitates and documents As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis of Business processes.
- • Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs.
- • Plans, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs.
- • Provides oversight for business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation.
