Description
Business Analyst-Business Process Mapper. They need to know financial services-and legal/compliance/Bank/ops.
· 6+ years’ experience in a hands-on BA capacity working on technology implementation and/or business transformation initiatives
· Extensive experience producing high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs) and working in tandem with development partners
· Experience with both agile and waterfall and adaptive methodologies a plus
· Highly analytical & strategic thinker who distills complex ideas & research down to what matters
· Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Skilled in Jira (Confluence a plus)
· Highly responsive, mature and accountable in all aspects; a trusted partner to staff of all levels in both business and technology organizations
· Very strong skills with advance MS-Excel, SQL / VBA, PowerPoint and tools to create mock-ups of screens / user designs
