Description

Work directly with business stakeholders to own the discovery and MVP implementation of low to medium scale/complexity projects.
Work directly in the database to create initial prototypes of new metrics or reporting.
Share results with stakeholders, detect and triage initial issues and concerns, iterate, and recommend more effective approaches.
Ensure work is adding value to the business, has good justification, and is solving real problems or measuring performance of key initiatives.
Fully document these requirements to a state that is ready to be signed off on in a BRD.
Work to transition MVP solution to a developer so that it can be implemented in the production layer in a robust, durable fashion consistent with BI standards.

Responsibilities

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT systems analysis and operations.
• Proven expertise in identifying and solving system-related issues and implementing improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Strong documentation skills to maintain detailed and accurate records of requirements, issues, and solutions.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in relevant IT systems or analysis tools.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
