Description
updates, builds, and maintains contract workflows in clm for all contract types
updates, builds, and maintains notifications, approvals, obligations within clm
updates contract templates and clauses when approved changes are submitted
maintains contract library including permissions, metadata, and views
maintains knowledge base of clm process, tool, and training documentation
supports initiatives including m&a to onboard new contract types to clm
imports legacy contract data to clm repository as required
configures security settings and user permissions within clm
creates contract reports to provide visibility to stakeholders into contract effectiveness and process efficiency
updates/maintains matrix of services to preferred contract
provides support, training, and subject matter expertise to stakeholders including sales and legal
participates in enhancement and process improvement initiatives related to contracts
performs other duties as directed.
