At least 7 years of experience in the Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Manager role and a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or another related field.
Formal education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience: Master’s Degree 1 year
Development and implementation of business analysis strategies that drive organizational change by aligning with strategic vision.
Coordinating closely with executive and senior leadership to define business objectives, influence decision making, and align analysis with strategic goals.
Through deep understanding of cross functional dependencies, coordinates large scale initiatives managing multiple cross departmental stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the public sector dynamics, strategy, and market trends.
Mastery of data analysis tools used for predictive modelling.
