• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field and experience • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Product Analyst or other relevant experience • Experience with process flow diagramming with tools such as LucidChart or Elements Cloud • Experience in Enterprise SaaS retail IT or cannabis IT is a plus • Strong proficiency in data analytics reporting and database management • Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements • Ability to perform in a dynamic fast-changing and fast-paced work environment • An understanding of Loyalty Platforms and how to create a winning customer experience

Description

Our client is looking for a hybrid Product Owner/Business Systems Analyst. This resource will join the eCommerce product team. This person will need to have experience with Adobe or similar platform experience like Shopify - ideally Adobe.

Responsibilities

• • Capturing and translating business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutions
• • Working with internal and external technical experts to validate assumptions, draft acceptance criteria/technical specifications and draft test plans
• • Acting as the technical subject matter expert for Pharmacann’s commercial products and other integrated software components.
• • Working with internal customers to deeply understand, document, and manage business processes, target pain points, and work with internal/external teams to scope and prioritize enhancements
• • Work with product managers to build a comprehensive product roadmap of forward looking capabilities
• • Analyzing current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience
• • Driving testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.
• • Supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and health of PharmaCann’s product portfolio
• • Ensuring integration and data exchange between relevant systems as needed
