Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Dual-Message Authorization organization located in the O'Fallon Tech Hub.
• The candidate will work with cross-functional teams in developing highly scalable, reliable, maintainable, performant and secure applications.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about software delivery, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and a strong team player.
• Role
• The Software Engineer is a hands-on developer specializing in C, and C++ with a particular focus on highly scalable robust systems.
• What you will do:
• Design and develop highly technical solutions to meet technical business requirements.
• Responsible for the analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
• Participate in planning, design, and estimation, develop technical solutions to meet business requirements in accordance with Client standards, processes, and best practices.
• Write modular, extensible, readable, and performant code.

• Proven track record of developing high performing software as part of a cross-functional Agile team.
• Demonstrate an awareness of strong engineering principles, processes, and best practices.
• Experience working with highly scalable, reliable, maintainable, performant and secure applications.
• Familiarity with software delivery skills such as:
• Agile, User Stories, Pair Programming, Test-Driven Development.
• Demonstrate strong communication and team working capabilities.
