4-6 years of change management and process improvement experience required. Experience with communications and transformational strategy development ideal Experience in several areas of Source to Contract and Procure to Pay processes. Strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills Familiarity with project management approaches tools and phases of the project lifecycle Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal Excellent customer service and leadership skills Ability to work effectively and influence at all levels of an organization. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively both as a team member and independently Excellent active listening skills Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles in executing complex multifunctional scoped projects. Experience applying change management principles and methodologies in enterprise environments. Self-Motivator who can drive for resolution of problems. Strong and creative problem-solving skills. Effectively able to influence without authority. Bachelor’s degree required. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel Visio PowerPoint)
Description

· Lead change management, communications, and training workstreams associated with Procurement system and provide support to overall process management support.

· Develop and drive the Change Management strategy and plan across the different dimensions of Change Management (i.e., Stakeholders Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, Change Networks, etc.)

· Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.

· Collaborate with the business process managers for each function to guide them in developing the process documentation needed to support the future state.

· Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the impacts of change caused by the process and technology implementations.

· Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.

· Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to proactively mitigate and address the concerns.

· Expertise in contract lifecycle management and ability to navigate tracking issues.

· Draft and implement existing and new standards that allow source to contract operations to function efficiently.

· Monitor adherence to standards and find opportunities for improvements.

· Continuously improve each revision to accommodate a dynamic environment of each category.

· Responsible for creating implementation, compliance, adherence, and communication plans.

· Documents and provides in-depth guidance on sourcing processes.

· Articulates essential business requirements that must be satisfied in the GEP SOFTWARE™

· Prepares content for design workshops and presents the content.

· Provides answers to questions about the business from team members.

· Ensures timely issue resolution and appropriate issue escalation.

· Identifies existing business processes and pertinent master data.

· Ensures that the design fits the requirements.

· Assists in resolving business and system integration issues.

· Validates and tests business processes in the GEP SOFTWARE™

· Advises on script configuration as the basis for end-user documentation and training materials.

· Works closely with application teams to facilitate Project progress and to ensure integration of the processes and solutions.

· Serves as the communication focal point for the user community.

· Consults and highlights decisions within the sphere of his or her process domain, and actively works on issue resolution.

· Works with Project team to leverage GEP leading practices and standard developed pre-configured scenarios.

· Acts as liaison between the business and Project team members

· Reviews Deliverables and provides feedback toward final sign-off.

· Assists in the development of business process procedures and end-user training materials.

· Reports status to the Project Manager. Tracks and resolves issues.

· Review corporate philosophy, structure, management practices, business processes, and culture and show employees how they can be aligned to accomplish the Company's objectives.

· Develop strategies for anticipating and managing any resistance to the implementation in the employee or management ranks.

· Develop a comprehensive plan for implementing each stage of the change process.

· Create a plan for communicating vision of the implementation and a change plan that will make that vision happen. GEP will assist in planning how management should deal with communicating the change and develop methods to track their success.

· Provide key executives and managers with on-the-job development, ongoing change management training, and coaching to help them understand and utilize change management processes and interventions.

· Coach employees and measure their progress throughout the change initiative and following the implementation.
