Work with client manager in scheduling UAT Manage walkthrough of workflows templates discussion on migration options etc Perform hands-on debugging for urgent fixes (more on the Collibra platform) Updates to ticketing tools like JIRA on status of bug fixes or identified CRs Follow-up with Offshore on turn-around for fixes workarounds etc - material for all the above discussionDescription
Requirements capture/Pre-Sales
Ability to drive requirements capture for workflows, product (Collibra) implementations supported by mock-ups
Liaison with the client for requirements and technical clarifications and pass on the same to the offshore team
Ability to demonstrate Lucid subscriptions as well as product (Collibra) out-of-the-box features (after being self-trained on Collibra)
Provide inputs to estimate effort/validate estimates for development activities based on the requirements
Environment prep and deployment
Participate in environment prep and prod rollout discussions with customers with support from offshore technical resource (if needed)
Share and discuss deployment checklist
Capture client environment's process and pre-reqs (and communicate offshore)
Environment readiness check before deployment
Basic troubleshooting skills to debug/troubleshoot deployment issues with inputs from admins/offshore team
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate training and related documentation for the deliverables
- Should be able to do short trainings on Collibra features - import/export assets, assigning roles/permissions, workflow config etc (after being self-trained on Collibra)
