Description
Design, develop, and implement complex conversational bot flows (voicebots and chatbots) using industry-leading platforms such as Google Dialogflow CX and Amazon Lex.
Leverage expertise in NLU to create natural and engaging conversations that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and developers, to ensure solutions align with business goals and customer needs.
Continuously iterate and optimize conversational bot flows based on user data and feedback.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in conversational AI and voice technology.
Responsibilities
- 7+ years of experience in contact center technology, with a strong focus on conversational IVR design and development.
- Proven experience with leading conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow CX and/or Amazon Lex.
- In-depth understanding of NLU concepts and best practices.
- A solid grasp of contact center operations and workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Healthcare experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
