Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (including database design query language and optimization T-SQL ETL SSIS tools) Experience working on large systems and enterprise size projects Ability to work with large databases and high volume/velocity processes Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications (less important if we identify a junior level candidate rather than a Sr/II) Knowledge of data quality and data steward practices Basic knowledge of system administration practicesDescription
Coordinates and processes requests for MS Dynamics CRM SQL data integration work, validates requirements, identifies system needs, recommends solutions, works with other 360 team members to develop end to end CRM solutions.
Identify data sources, create data flow diagrams, design and document the processes. Develops complex data structures and workflows utilizing MS SQL, Dynamics CRM integration tools and other company resources.
Stays informed of ways the organization uses data and makes recommendations as needed to improve efficiencies. Monitors and troubleshoots jobs and data issues. Coordinates integration changes as source systems are modified.
Responsibilities
- Maintain broad knowledge of company data sources and systems
- Maintain an understanding and working knowledge of company standard SQL tools and programming languages
- Build CRM data integrations based on business requirements leveraging existing or externally available data as needed. Keep abreast of new technological solutions
- Assist in the design of processes and releases within all aspects of the Dynamics CRM environment
- Foster a team development process to support agile methodology
- Support a culture of innovation and efficiency
- Delivery:
- Design solutions using SQL SSIS, Dynamics APIs and other tools to handle data loaded to or extracted from CRM
- Provide support to other team members for CRM day to day and project work
- Provide technical and analytical support to various departments outside of IT. Help translate high-level requirements from staff into effective CRM solutions
- Manage documentation on development items
- Operational:
- Monitor application stability and integration performance
- Support application software releases/patches and interface testing
- Maintain support software related to the team’s SQL processes
- Participates in a team schedule for On-call duties to include weekends, holidays and nights as needed
- Complete all required, ongoing enterprise level training including, but not limited to BSA, OFAC, and Information Security
- Report all Risk Management Policy violations in accordance with policy
- Other duties may be required and assigned by the supervisor
Educational Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, query language and optimization, T-SQL, ETL, SSIS
- Ability to work with large databases and high volume/velocity processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly data integration
- Knowledge of business process analysis including experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Knowledge of data quality and data steward practices
- Basic knowledge of system administration practices
- Understanding of banking business practices and data
