Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. Proven experience in POS systems engineering and automation. Strong knowledge of software development scripting and automation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Description
Design and implement solutions that resolve vulnerabilities found from Nexpose and similar tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer robust, scalable, and efficient upgrade methodologies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans to validate the upgrade process and ensure system integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the upgrade process.
Document all aspects of the upgrade process, including system configurations, procedures, and change management.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in store technology and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Radiant POS systems and peripherals, Nexpose, Ivanti or similar tools.
- Familiarity with modern orchestration, automation, and management methodologies.
- Prior experience in a retail or similar fast-paced environment.
