3+ years of experience working as an admin and working with D365 FO on premise and Cloud
Experience in Azure DevOps, Azure VMs and LCS
Managing the D365 implementation, F&O upgrades, patch management
Support various environments (like Dev, Test, UAT, Staging, etc) and support the team in System and UAT testing
Agile mindset with a hands-on approach to find solutions as a group
Support the automation and integration with D365 F&O
Maintain and extend performance and efficiency within D365
Establish best practices for troubleshooting D365, guiding the support team while ensuring efficiency and highest quality standards
