* 7-10+ years of experience as a Data Management Analyst
* 5+ years of experience with SQL, creating complex queries from scratch, joins, stored procedures
* Expertise working within a data warehousing environment with data models, database design development, data mining, and dimensional modeling (Building and maintaining data infrastructure)
* 2-3+ years of experience with Python for building out pipelines
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Science or similar enterprise background.

Responsibilities

• Sr. Data Analyst to join a large financial client sitting out of either Lewisville, TX or Detroit, MI. This individual will be joining the Data Warehousing team to help with building, managing, and maintaining the on premise data warehouses. The ideal candidate will come from a strong data warehousing background with strong hand on experience with both SQL and programming. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for creating new data pipelines for the data warehouse, while also ensuring to monitor any issues that may be brought to the teams attention. The Data Analyst will work closely with our resident subject matter expert's in the data management - configuration department. This person will also assist the data management team in understanding where the greatest cost benefit can be obtained in system consolidation projects. Participation in Data Governance activities, as well as other corporate data initiatives may also be required, but this is not a core function.
