Monitor order generation (SAP systems) and ensure seamless order creation Data alignment – ensure inbound data flow are accurate with stock alignments and audits Elaborate reporting on data related metrics Set up/maintain new and existing accounts in SAP Streamline existing and new process Additional responsibilities/projects to be assigned based on business needs and priorityDescription
Onboarding new customers to the STARS platform:
Operational coordination of STARS client activation/set-up:
Liaison with IT and track activities (highlight priorities to IT, remove roadblocks, etc)
Manage inbound and outbound data exchange process as it pertains to:
EDI, sales, and inventory data
Troubleshoot and resolve any missing incoming data
Conduct customer’s performance analysis together with planners
Interact with Account Managers and customers to define and monitor data flow
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Informatics or Engineering
- 2 to 3 years of previous experience
- Excellent ability to identify business issues and ability to cut through complexity
- Superior analytical and project management skills
- Understand Process flows and can predict potential issues
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel and SQL preferred
