Description
Collaborate with Product Teams and solution engineers on enhancements and objectives.
Act as the Data Expert for the Agile Scrum Team.
Use JIRA and agile methodologies to track and manage tasks.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to support the design, testing, and deployment of capabilities.
Conduct impact and root cause analyses for reported issues or data changes.
Ensure data quality across integration, regression, and production environments.
Define technical requirements with Product Owners and Managers.
Write user stories to align Features for the Scrum team's execution.
Participate in Program Increment Planning and backlog refinement.
Responsibilities
- Data Informatics & Exchange: 5-7 years working with healthcare/clinical data (claims, membership, benefits, utilization, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of data processing tools like Teradata Studio, Toad, SQL, and others (e.g., SAS, Alation).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot data solutions and enterprise code artifacts.
- Collaboration with Data Stewards and Data Modelers is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
