• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science MIS or related field—or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of diverse data analytics experience preferred • Proficiency with Alteryx Power BI and Excel; experience with data engineering tools such as Snowflake or Databricks • Familiarity with coding languages like SQL Python or R • Ability to work through ambiguity define problems and implement measurable solutions • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration abilities • Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Description

The Parts, Garments, and Accessories (PG&A) Data Analyst is a highly collaborative role designed to empower teams with meaningful insights. This position supports three key functions: Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics, and Business Performance Solutions.

Responsibilities

• • Drive automation through process consolidation, analytics, and systematic decision-making
• • Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, data mapping/lineage, and user guides
• • Identify gaps in reporting to reduce waste and enhance visibility into key business drivers
• • Lead and participate in structured problem-solving sessions with PG&A Analysts and cross-functional teams
• • Translate business requirements into data requirements to ensure analytic solutions meet customer needs
• • Improve Dealer Management System reporting using raw source data in Snowflake and enhance cleansing processes
• • Expand product quality reporting by integrating data from multiple sources to deliver clearer insights
• • Understand and connect data and processes across the larger Polaris ecosystem
• • Effectively communicate solutions across all organizational levels, from end-users to senior leadership
• • Use available data to support solutions across supply chain, marketing, finance, and other departments
