work w/stakeholders, here's what I see, what I recommend, pros/cons
Work w/IT, turn recommendations into buildable stories& answer Qs along the way.

Strongest role to have healthcare experience
Lot of what doing is develop MDM biz rules - how to match data, across data sets. Don't need to be expert in this space
Not BI analyst, build reporting - they will not do that
