Responsibilities

• Data Management: functional and technical specialist services in MS Sharepoint Platform, Tableau, PowerBI. Creation and maintenance of collaboration tools to increase data insights.
• Process Excellence: assessing current state, propose optimization solutions, and prepare implementation plans for endorsed optimization efforts across assigned GRA processes.
• Process management: Report provision and Data Analysis in support of GRA Management Compliance Reporting and other leadership reporting forums
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into information, and strategies into concrete plans.
• Understanding of business aspects of data standards, data architecture and related governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work and thrive in a cross-functional and multi-cultural dynamic environment.
• Strong decision making and holistic problem-solving skills.
• Skill in coherently managing complex activities with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple workstreams.
• Collaboration and Partnership skills to effectively manage conflict resolution.
