Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Five (5) or more years of experience in applications development, integration and support
Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle
Proficient in the skill of communication (oral and written)

Proficient in skills of problem solving and driving for results
Proficient in skills of self management, confidence/stress tolerance, and integrity/dependability
Proficient in the skill of flexibility

Proficient in the skill of safety practices

Proficient in the skill of business acumen
Proficient in the skill of organizational awareness

Proficient in IT design and development
Proficient in IT post implementation support, requirements analysis, solution implementation, and testing
Experience working in technical organizations chartered with the creation and support of mission critical business application environments
Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work with general office equipment such as a personal computer and keyboard, facsimile machines and photocopier
