Description

* Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot MS SQL Server databases to ensure reliability and performance.
* Develop and manage ETL pipelines using SSIS for data integration and automation.
* Design, implement, and optimize SSAS cubes for analytical processing.
* Manage and configure Master Data Services (MDS) for data governance and consistency.
* Support and enhance SSRS reports and dashboards for business insights.
* Monitor, diagnose, and resolve database performance issues, deadlocks, and query bottlenecks.
* Collaborate with BI, analytics, and software development teams to support data-driven decision-making.
* Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with best practices.
* Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and documentation of data processes.

Responsibilities
  • * 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or SQL Developer.
  • * Proficiency in MS SQL Server (2016/2019/2022) and strong T-SQL development skills.
  • * Hands-on experience with SSIS (ETL), SSAS (OLAP/Tabular), SSRS (reporting), and MDS (data governance).
  • * Strong troubleshooting skills for database and ETL failures.
  • * Experience with performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
  • * Familiarity with cloud-based SQL solutions (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is a plus.
  • * Knowledge of data warehousing, star/snowflake schemas, and dimensional modeling.
  • * Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
