This role will focus on leveraging advanced data science techniques and frameworks to enhance clinical analytics initiatives within CVS Health. The ideal candidate will have experience working with BYOML (Bring Your Own Machine Learning), implementing Castle Frameworks, and delivering data-driven insights on the GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models using BYOML to solve complex clinical analytics problems.
- Lead the integration and application of the Castle Framework within CVS's ecosystem to streamline analytics processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to translate clinical analytics requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of models and frameworks into the GCP environment for robust and efficient processing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering best practices in model development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and deliver insights and reports to support the Stars Clinical Analytics program’s objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, cloud platforms, and healthcare analytics to continuously drive innovation.
