Skills
• Experience with data stewardship or data management roles. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex data issues. • Proficiency in SQL (platform-agnostic; Teradata or GCP experience is a plus). • Hands-on experience in data analysis task resolution and workflow optimization. • Familiarity with overmatch/undermatch concepts and entity resolution. Preferred: • Experience with IBM Initiate Informatica or other MDM tools. • Background in master data management or business data stewardship. • Strong understanding of healthcare or enterprise data domains (e.g. person prescriber inventory). • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Description
• 2-3+ Years of experience as a business data steward // for Senior role, 6+ years of experience.
• In person domain experience / Healthcare
• Hands on master data management (MDM) experience with tools like IBM Initiate, Informatica, MDM, Roche (They use IBM Initiate so that would be HUGE PLUS but not deal breaker)
• Data analysis experience
• Overmatch and Undermatch resolution, resolving tasks that are built by software, redefining of what those tasks might look like for low hanging fruit of overmatches,
• BIG PLUS: SQL skills (Teradata/GCP - platform agnostic does not care)
Responsibilities
- • Perform hands-on tasks related to data stewardship, including:
- Overmatch/undermatch resolution.
- Analyzing and ensuring data consistency across multiple systems.
- Redefining task workflows for data optimization.
- • Collaborate with the product team to define and maintain roadmaps, features, and deliverables for the EPH initiative.
- • Leverage tools like IBM Initiate, Informatica, and other MDM systems for master data management.
- • Support the implementation of master data management (MDM) best practices.
- • Work closely with business units to understand and address domain-specific data needs.
- • Utilize SQL skills to query, manipulate, and analyze data across platforms (e.g., Teradata, GCP).
