Skills

In this role you will be contracted for creating insightful and interactive dashboards and reports that help drive data-driven decisions in the Vulnerability Management cyber security domain.
You will work closely with cybersecurity subject matter experts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to transform raw data into compelling visualizations.
You should be proficient in Tableau, Google Looker, Power BI and other visualization tools, with strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Google Looker, Power BI and/or other visualization tools to support technology customers.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and transform data from various sources for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts and data engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into visualization solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting and visualization outputs.
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability to handle large data sets.
- Provide guidance and best practices on dashboard design, data visualization, and user experience.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate dashboards, and address feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and cybersecurity to propose innovative solutions.
- Proactively lead investigation and resolution efforts when data issues are identified taking ownership to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in an Agile work environment to deliver incremental value to customers by managing and prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to interoperate and document processes and procedures for producing metrics.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Google Looker, Power BI, and other Visualization tools.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, tranformation, and querying.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
