Dayforce HCM Consultant

Description

Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the Dayforce WFM software;
Configuring and customizing the Dayforce WFM system to meet client-specific needs, including time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and labor forecasting;
Conducting system testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate and efficient functionality;
Providing training and support to clients on the effective use of the Dayforce WFM system, including conducting workshops, creating training materials, and delivering presentations;
Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or system errors that may arise during implementation or post-implementation;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery;
Staying up to date with the latest HR technology industry trends, including industry leading practices in Dayforce WFM software and related technologies; and,
Assisting in the development and maintenance of documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Good in Data analysis & handling and exporting the required report/data to the vendor team
• Providing requirements on Integration with AD including SSO/MFA.
• Understanding the customer environment, Reviewing and signing off on requirements
• Planning and Coordination with the customer teams for testing the product implementation.
• Participating in testing with the vendor and Ceridian Technical team
