This Go-to-Market role will serve as a client integration project manager for a portfolio of products and digital capabilities. The position will be aligned to and responsible for updating and aiding platform leadership on integration prioritization, status, capacity, risks, level of effort, and timing. Given the critical nature of ensuring client expectations are met with speed and precision the ability to communicate, inspire, and influence at all levels is essential to this position's success. Demonstrated complex project management experience is a must.
Responsibilities
- ● Assist with product and capability client implementations
- ● Understand product and capability roadmaps in order to help drive key components and interplay parameters for integration purposes
- ● Track and manage Kanban board with a high volume of requests at multiple stages of development.
- ● Provide daily updates to Project Managers and develop a working rhythm with multiple team members.
- ● Test digital products for accuracy and communicate with internal IT teams when changes are required.
- ● Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
- ● Utilize project management skills that leverage a broad suite of project management tools and software to drive accountability, organization, and timely deliveries of implementations
- ● Leverage Nintex Forms skills to create dynamic online forms used to capture and submit accurate integration-required information
- ● Assist in creating advanced automation using MS Power Automate
- ● Utilize MS Planner skills to create and manage multiple plans
- ● Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, constantly designing implementation process improvements to speed up the execution & delivery of products and capabilities.
- ● Foster close working relationships with Platform Support leads and other internal stakeholders.
- ● Technical liaison and operational support for artifact management
- ● Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
