BS/ BA degree or equivalent experience Knowledge and hands on experience in SDLC process Experience in release and change management process (ITIL) Experience working in agile environment and good knowledge of agile methodologies Good knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies and use of key-based authentication Experience in data storage and movement solutions (Cassandra Oracle DB Mongo) Expertise in modern DEVOPS stack for example: Git/ Jenkins/ Bamboo/ Maven/ Gradle/ Jmeter and ability to troubleshoot its processes Good knowledge of scripting languages: UNIX Shell Groovy and Python are a plus Proficiency in Java Working knowledge of log analysis and monitoring tools: Splunk Dynatrace Netcool Tivoli Prometheus Grafona Working knowledge of Release Management process (good to have: Service Now/Jira/Confluence/ Hands on experience with container technology using Kubernetes Docker desired; AWVS Azure experience is o plus Passionate about constantly improving and gaining efficiency through process optimization automation. You will be carrying out functions of a Release and Change manager. You will be heavily involved in enhancing current testing and deployment processes and automating them. You will be driving and implementing infrastructure upgrade, certificate renewals, resiliency resolutions of issues and follow up to prevent future issues. You will need a kaizen mindset, constantly identifying opportunities for change and improvement.
