1. 12+ yrs. of IT experience
2. Excellent comms skills
3. Expertise in BASH programming and scripting with addon knowledge of PERL and PYTHON as well.
4. Good Experience on Ansible playbook development
5. Good experience on RUNDECK tool
6. Capability to manage scrums for team.
7. Capability to manage teams, identify areas for improvements and quickly recommend solution to customer.
8. Capability to break down use cases to small user stories and collaborate with onshore/offshore team for task completion
9. Capability to design workflow for use cases on VISIO or other tools.
10. Ability to articulate best practices and implement them timely.
