Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital analytics strategy and execution including planning ideation testing reporting and forecasting. Manage and oversee the day-to-day use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics Medallia Interaction Studios and Quantum Metric and ensure compliance for enterprise data tagging structures for accurate data. Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand priorities and develop strategies to meet requirements including building and maintaining advanced usage metric dashboards and reports. Lead A/B testing infrastructure and execute testing strategies to optimize digital channels including sharing results and insights with relevant stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert in data-driven hypotheses and experiments analyzing data and translating insights into new product features or process improvements with measurable Return on investment(ROI). Develop a deep understanding of the business and product portfolio and lead the presentation of test results and insights to ensure clear and concise communication of recommendations and the impact of new products or features.Description
Responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital analytics strategy to support the digital marketing team's efforts across all digital channels and platforms.
This includes managing and overseeing the day-to-day use of analytic tools, ensuring the integrity of data, and collaborating with senior business leaders to measure and report on key metrics and insights to drive new features and improvements.
The Senior Digital Data Analyst will act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and thought leadership on data-driven initiatives to optimize performance and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, conversion rate optimization, attribution, and personalization programs.
- Expertise with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as well as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data manipulation and visualization tools
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate in a highly matrixed environment, synthesizing competing priorities and staying focused on key business objectives.
- Advanced degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proven ability to manage projects, and comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch.
- Strong understanding of customer experience design and user testing.

- Team size: 50 total w/digital marketing, AW/RbA, web dev, IT resources for marketing. Manager has 2 digital marketing managers.
- Team is full support/responsible for RenewalbyAndersen.com.
- Responsible for RbA.com and everything that goes with it. World class -home owner experience, convert traffic into leads, retail ops, technology – make sure everything is functioning and working the right way, and all the data.
- Very robust sophisticated and complex marketing initiative that flow thru SF Marketing. Large amt of Data. GA4 (data) & Quantum Metrics) (insight data, watch user go thru site) In midst of rebuilding renewalbyandersen.com.
- Building consumer app and enhancing the “my project” portal - “My project” = once buyer purchase windows, they can get recap of their purchase, current balance, all milestones for completion of their project. Everything has data attached in some way. Have a BI team but more focused on how we run biz thru analytics.
- Want analyst to support & specifically digital marketing team and all of the data that they have. Candidate: Culture = huge at renewal, built on caring more about the people.
- Very collaborative, communicative, transparent.
- Ability to do the job, nuts & bolts of being an analyst.
- Soft/Comm skills - all roles engage w/everyone within the org (CTO, president, peers) More senior/seasoned analyst to help get through and support w/all of the data requirements that they have. Website = 6 million sessions, marketing automation, portal, GA4, Quantum, etc. - a lot there. Good understanding/subject matter expertise, knows how to support a digital team. Very data-led org, numbers led, data driven experience.
- They let data drive how they work. Home-owner experience organization, largely led by marketing. Closely track the experience that leads up to that point of purchase and installation.
- The last channel to convert prospect to buyer gets the credit - TON of marketing to get lead generation. Always diving into the numbers to do that using GA4, Quantum, CRM, backend office in salesforce - all already exist. Extract data.
