Description
Amex is looking to fill an Associate Digital Portfolio Manager for the PHX office location in the Digital Banking-Portfolio Management team. The role will be hybrid with expectations to come onsite 3x/week or as needed to work with the team.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
- • Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required
- • In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
- • Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
- • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
- • Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
- • Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
- • Excellent written & verbal communication
- • Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- • Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus
- • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is highly preferred
