The Digital Experience team has launched a new Email team, PigWigeon, to support email campaigns for Universal Studios Hollywood (USH). We are seeking a Digital Production Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
As the team lead within a cross-functional scrum team, the Digital Production Manager will manage project workflows, mitigate risks, and drive on-time, high-quality deliverables. They will act as the escalation point for Digital Project Managers and oversee backlog management, task prioritization, and project scope clarity.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, expertise in Agile methodologies, and a keen understanding of digital production workflows.
