Dynamics 365 for Sales Expertise: Proficiency in configuring customizing and extending Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM. Knowledge of entities workflows and security models. Power Automate (Flow) Experience: Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Flow) for creating automated workflows. Ability to design and implement complex flows. ERP System Experience (Preferably Netsuite): Experience with cloud-based ERP systems especially Netsuite is highly valuable. Understanding how ERP systems handle data transactions and business processes is essential. Integration Skills: Familiarity with integration patterns REST APIs and data transformation. Previous experience with Workato or similar IaaS solutions (Boomi etc.) Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes especially Order Management. ECRI is performing a migration from Dynamics SL 9 on-premises to Netsuite ERP in the cloud. As part of this transformation, we seek a skilled developer to support the integration of Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM with Netsuite. This critical role will ensure seamless data flow and process alignment between the two systems. There is already a Workato developer on the team who will work with the Dynamics Technical Lead to ensure proper development/testing of Workato recipes. Order Management processes are non-standard, requiring a developer who can quickly assess existing Power Automate flows, custom fields, entities, etc. to ensure data integrity bi-directionally.
Role Summary: The Contract Dynamics 365 for Sales Integration Developer will collaborate closely with business colleagues, external consultants, and our Workato developer to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions. The primary area of focus will be on our custom Order Management processes within Dynamics 365 for Sales, ensuring efficient and accurate data synchronization with Netsuite.
Responsibilities
- Integration Development:
- Support the design, building, and maintenance of integration workflows between Dynamics 365 for Sales and Netsuite.
- Review/Analyze existing Power Automate flows and customizations to entities, fields, views, and forms to ensure accurate transfer of data between the two platforms per integration design documents.
- Ensure stability of existing custom Order Management code and processes:
- Analyze and embrace existing custom Order Management processes within Dynamics 365 for Sales.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements across CRM and ERP and assist with translating them into effective integration solutions.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security during the integration.
- Liaison with External Consultancy:
- Serve as the company-side technical Dynamics CRM liaison to the external Netsuite consultancy.
- Facilitate communication, gather CRM-side requirements, and align integration strategies with Netsuite consultancy.
- Provide technical expertise and insights to ensure successful collaboration.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create clear documentation for integration workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Support end-users and stakeholders through the testing phase and training to ensure integrated systems are used effectively.
- Problem-Solving and Flexibility:
- Address integration issues promptly, troubleshoot errors, and propose solutions.
- Adapt to changing requirements and business needs.
