Responsibilities
- The Senior EDI Developer will be responsible for testing, fixing and debugging issues with existing maps as well as creating new data maps to ensure effective administration of all transactions. They will analyze all incoming discrepancy reports for all EDI processes, develop all data maps, coordinate schedule and unscheduled maintenance on all applications programs. In addition, they will be responsible for monitoring all scripts to ensure efficient EDI document flow.
- -Data & Integration team
- -working on production support tickets – supporting internal customers
- -ticket management L1, L2, L3 – tickets come in through ServiceNow & FreshService
- -SDLC waterfall & agile environment currently
- -JIRA / Confluence for documentation
