• Collaborate with creative team to build out Provider focused email campaigns in HubSpot • Collaborate with network and BI teams to generate contact lists. Create behavioral and demographic segmentations to deliver targeted messaging. • Create and design various CTAs and email templates in HubSpot • Create automation for multi-touch campaigns. • Conduct pre-deploy UAT to ensure that all campaigns are free of typos errors and/or broken links. • Develop and present tracking reports to assess provider engagement with campaigns. Analyze data to deliver insights and opportunities for improvements. • Design and develop lead forms surveys and landing pages to capture provider data • Develop documentation and road maps for processes A/B tests and promotions that succeed through email.

Description

The Email Communication Manager is responsible for developing and deploying campaigns providers to DentaQuest’s members and dental providers. The Email Communications manager will collaborate closely with members of the Client Engagement, Provider Engagement and Creative teams to generate engaging HubSpot email campaigns to deliver key messages. The Email Communications Manager will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on campaign results and adjusting and optimizing the campaigns to hit desired targets.
