Responsibilities
- Working with different people on Greg’s team of 20 engineers and 40 operational staff
- They have standups several times a week to go over the work that the teams are going through
- Will partner with the primary security person the team to identify vulnerabilities
- Meet the deadlines associated with those – help with this
- Be on call, they will not work over 40 hours a week
- Troubleshoot level 3 issues that come up in the environment
- Assisting with Azure migration project – migrating VM servers
- They are also looking at design aspects around Citrix cloud – they would be involved in this
- Updating their connectivity platform, maintaining, and managing this and being a part of the design team to get this off the ground
- A lot of the role will be involved with design and build 70% vs troubleshooting issues 30% with both the engineers and the ops team
- They will help Greg with Security pieces – could be as complicated as being able to respond to audit type questions around technology security
