HB general skills, Epic Refuel experience.
Well-rounded person in HB - certification and claims with refuel items. Will be utilized in keeping the lights on and also with refuel. Working standard tickets, some usage in the projects with refuel.
Person will be important in taking on tasks and explaining what their discovery is with operations.
Good foundation within EPIC HB.
Tasks - needs someone that can get in there and see how the config is and while full time staff is undertaking refuel and enhancement builds, support that as a back build.
If they have had operational experience then that's great to support the end user experience but they don't need it.
Someone seasoned, working with EPIC for at least 5 years, used to have certs for charging that are now badges. Other certs within HB.
Prefers to not have anyone that is straight out of EPIC because they don't have that much hands on experience.
They have seen more success in candidates who come from other larger academic hospital systems.
