ERP Project Manager

Description

• UKG (formerly known as Kronos) Workforce Central (WFC) are currently used by Providence for scheduler for nurses (48k) and timekeeping and accruals for all ~120K caregivers
• Based on UKG’s end of life announcement of WFC, Client needs to assess a new tool and select a system integrator partner to develop a migration plan by end of 2023
• We will be engaging a consulting partner to support some aspects of the assessment but will need a PM to partner with them, in addition to driving other aspects of the 2023 roadmap

Responsibilities

• • Develop an overarching plan and track to progress
• • Facilitate coordination activities between teams
• • Partner with a consulting team and provide PM / coordination support for up front assessment work (assessment to develop an approach for solution selection and system integrator selection)
• • Once the assessment work by a consulting team is complete, facilitate the approach implementation through detailed planning and coordination (e.g., team structure / leadership structure, vendor reach outs, IS team / tech coordination, etc.)
• • Prefer Kronos Workforce Central experience for large scale enterprise organization or experience on large scale ERP implementations (Oracle preferred)
• • 10-15 years of Project and Program Management experience
• • Experience with vendor management, RFP/RFI
