• Informatica Power Center 9.x/10x Talend Open Studio Java Oracle 12c PostgresSql Unix Scheduling Tools • Development testing and support of high volume data transformation processes • Development testing and support of transaction control architecture for a highly concurrent active data warehousing platform • Thorough understanding of ETL using Informatica or Talend Studio • Proficiency in ETL Platforms: concepts methodologies processes architectures and technologies • Data Models: Conceptual Logical and Physical & Dimensional/Relational Data Model Design • SQL Concepts & SQL Statements Optimization and Execution. Indexes and Indexing Strategies Materialized Views Clusters Caching Partitioning and Parallel Processing • Unix Scripting: Shell scripts Perl etc • Scheduling: Control -M Autosys or Obsidian • Knowledge or experience with Database Architectures: Transactional Data Stores Operational Data Stores Data Warehouses Data Marts • Knowledge of any Enterprise-Level Database server: Oracle and/or Postgres SQL

Description

• Perform hands-on ETL Development, adoption of modern software engineering & delivery practices using AWS Developers to build Data Pipeline for the optimized layer
• Monitor, maintain and continue to build out a complex auto-scaling AWS infrastructure
• Draw on your knowledge and experience to successfully run ETL data transfers
• Advise the ETL development team on development best practices
• Workflow and Process Building and Management
• Develop and assist in leading tech design for future projects
• Will work on Talend and Informatica Tools
• Work closely with Manager to understand needs around client stakeholder management
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and willingness to adopt new technologies
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement along with a great attitude, solid communication skills, willingness to learn and collaborate
• Ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality
• Responsible for interfacing and influencing with the business lines as well as others across IT
• Responsible for tasks related to the data acquisition platform of an active global financial data warehouse
