Responsibilities
- • Strong technical leadership - Development and Support (life-cycle) of data transformation
- • Communication - Requirement gathering & analysis directly with Business Partners and IT Team(s)
- • Works well with old and new technologies and apply them with an enterprise perspective
- • Performs in a self-directed method for problem solving or researching technologies
- • Manage own work assignments and coordinates work with others inside and outside of Caterpillar
- • Good relationship skills
