Prior experience with ODI ELT /SSIS ETL of data using flat files/DB2/Salesforce/Oracle NoSQL as source Hands-on experience in troubleshooting data issues arising out of the ELT/ETL process. Design and develop SQL Server/ORACLE stored procedures functions views and triggers to be used during the ELT/ETL process Strong and hands-on PL/SQL skillset Builds data transformations with SSIS including importing data from files moving data from one database platform to another Design implement and maintain database objects (tables views indexes ) and database security Proficient with ETL/ELT tools such as Microsoft SSIS/ORACLE ODI. Analyze and develop strategies and approaches to import and transfer data between source staging and ODS/Data Warehouse destinations Development experience in Oracle Apex Support system and acceptance testing including the development or refinement of test plans Code test and document BI dashboards/reports and apply best practice through the development lifecycle. Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration best practices. Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Proven experience as an SSIS developer/ODI Developer or in a similar ETL-focused role. Knowledge of database systems data modeling and data architecture. Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for ETL processes. Skill in identifying and resolving issues related to data quality data integrity and ETL/ELT performance. Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and rectify errors in ETL processes. Experience working within project timelines and meeting deliverables. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative problem-solving skills to address complex data integration challenges.Description
Perfect candidate for this role is an experienced ETL developer with strong SQL Server and Oracle skills, proficiency in ETL tools like SSIS and ODI, knowledge of data warehousing and BI development, and the ability to solve complex data integration issues. They should also be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and committed to maintaining data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
Responsibilities
