FileNet administration duties. Knowledge of Entry templates, Search templates, Content Navigator, Workflow, Security around system access and doc class access. Some Linux and WebSphere knowledge a plus. Remediate user tickets for client issues such as: Access, workflows, consulting with clients

- • Experienced Java, JavaScript and REST
- • Ability to do analysis, design, development and testing of custom Java code
