Description
Develop User Interfaces: Design, code, and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly front-end applications.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to define and implement features and functionality.
Optimize for Performance: Ensure that web applications are optimized for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
Write Clean, Maintainable Code: Follow coding standards and best practices, ensuring code is modular and reusable.
Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with front-end functionality, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure that web applications work as expected across different devices and browsers. Use unit testing, end-to-end testing, and other methods to maintain high-quality code.
Enhance User Experience: Focus on creating smooth, intuitive user experiences through thoughtful layout design, animations, and transitions.
Responsibilities
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in front-end web development or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- HTML5: Strong understanding of semantic HTML and its role in web development.
- CSS3: Deep knowledge of CSS, including Flexbox, Grid, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
- JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features, asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).
- Front-End Frameworks/Libraries: Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab for code management and collaboration.
- Responsive Design: Expertise in building responsive, mobile-first designs using frameworks like Bootstrap or custom CSS.
- Browser Developer Tools: Experience debugging with tools like Chrome DevTools, and addressing browser compatibility issues.
- API Integration: Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, and/or GraphQL.
