Proficient in creating REST API’s and familiarity with REST principles Proficient in React and Typescript. Basic understanding of state management in frontend web applications (e.g. Redux). Advanced usage of VSCode including debugging and extensions. Proficient in Git for complex version control scenarios. Regular usage of GitHub including pull requests and code reviews. Experience with AWS services like Lambda API Gateway SNS SQS S3 DynamoDB. Preferred Skills: Ability to design and implement serverless applications using AWS SAM. Experience with non-relational databases. Understanding of secure authentication methods such as using HMAC OAuth in Auth0 and AWS Cognito. Experience with Datadog.

Description

We are a payments team undergoing design and construction to ensure secure and reliable payments processing and user experience integration within IDEXX applications. We are designing and building an innovative project targeting three key aspects of payments processing: an implementation application, a robust payment processing engine, and the development of a user-friendly interface to be integrated into IDEXX applications. Joining the payments team provides a distinctive chance to contribute to a recently established team and the delivery of a payments platform that promises lasting value to IDEXX, our numerous veterinary practices, corporate accounts, and pet owners.



As a member of the payments team, you'll engage in every facet of the software delivery lifecycle, spanning design, story writing, building, and testing. Collaborating within a dedicated software delivery team, our primary focus is on prioritizing quality to facilitate the secure and reliable expansion of our payments business.
