Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development; higher levels of experience required for Senior and Lead developers Web Development skills (HTML JavaScript CSS) coupled with SQL experience Object Oriented Programming language experience (.NET – C# or VB Java C++) Ability to act as a leader of change and mentor others Ability to provide technical guidance and performance feedback to team members Strong written and oral English communication skills with an ability to facilitate meetings present information to a variety of audiences and explain complex/technical items in simple terms Comfortable to take calls for item resolution if necessaryDescription
Build design proposals and prototyping support for new problem spaces and first-time development of highly complex solutions or new & emerging technology
Provide in-depth technical troubleshooting, defect investigation, remediation, and root-cause analysis of items
Provide estimation and planning input for projects/solutions/work items
Develop and implement testing approaches as part of all solutions (including automation where appropriate)
Develop documentation for software solutions for targeted audiences, which may include internal and external customers
Provide peer-review of designs, code, and artifact delivery
Provide leadership, coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members, including 3rd-party partners
Provide performance feedback on team members
Prepare and present to all stakeholders, including customers
Follow existing standards for coding and documentation (or set new standards where needed)
