Support and develop the migration of the existing Genesys i3 Dialer to the Genesys CX Cloud Platform.
The contractors will possess specific skillsets to ensure a successful migration and provide ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Pureconnect to Genesys Cloud CX support with broad knowledge of Genesys applications and best practices.
- Skills/attributes preferred: Certifications and experience directly with implementation of Genesys migrations to the Cloud.
- Does this position require a professional license or certification: Would desire a Genesys certified person so that they can directly open support tickets.
