Genesys Engineer

Description

• Implement Genesys in our Engineering Org, replacing current state infrastructure around our call center services
• Integrate data, services, and applications from the entire company landscape into the Genesys platform
• Build testing automation and associated processes (Unit test coverage, testing automation, pipeline automation, code scanning, etc.) into the software product.
• Work in an agile team environment to iteratively delivery value.
• Build a future roadmap based off of Genesys capabilities and integrations for our system

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering field.
• Experience with the Genesys platform, especially building from scratch
• Experience with integrating data and disparate microservices and applications into a core platform
• Previous work experience as Software engineer of 4-6 years’ experience is required. Must have demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no supervision and guidance.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Typescript, Javascript, python is a must.
• 1-2 years' experience with AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
