Responsibilities

• · Troubleshoot and detect anomalies by searching logs, utilizing strong GCP Logging and Monitoring knowledge.
• · Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions on GCP.
• · Automate GCP operations using scripting languages like Python, Shell, and GCP SDKs or APIs.
• · Work with configuration management and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform, to manage cloud infrastructure.
• · Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Google Cloud Build, Source Repositories, and Container Registry for automated code deployment.
• · Administer and manage GCP databases such as BigTable, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Spanner.
• · Work with containers, orchestrating them using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), including cluster management and deployment strategies.
• · Collaborate with development teams to design and implement application deployment strategies that utilize GCP services like App Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run.
• · Optimize GCP costs and resource usage by providing cost estimates and reports and implementing cost-saving strategies.
• · Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and ensure best practices in system configuration and deployment.
