Description
Enterprise application Enterprise application L3 support role to Manage the offshore\onsite team as well
Experience in Google cloud SDK, . simple IAM policy set, Google Cloud GUI
Must have tech skills - Kubeflow/Airflow, Machine Learning, Vertex AI, TensorFlow, Terraform, Python Scripting, Stack Driver alert & monitor, Linux OS (bash & terminal)
Excellent communication skills, writing skills
Min 3 yrs. of experience in maintaining Data Science and ML projects in GCP
Should have hands on experience in dealing with customer issues, which can be addressing user-error, handling support tickets and if required escalate defects to Google Cloud team
Updating configs to address new security items, and creating scripts to audit the environment to make sure users and the projects are following standards
Troubleshooting skills & support are required
